JS1000 compulsory concrete mixer, also known as the 1-cubic-meter mixer, is part of the twin-shaft compulsory mixer series. It has a theoretical productivity of 50–60 m³/h and is commonly used as the main mixing unit in HZS50 and HZS60 concrete batching plants. The JS1000 mixer can be operated independently or combined with different models of PLD series batching machines to form a simple concrete batching plant.
JS1000 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer consists of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supply, electrical system, cover, chassis, supporting legs, and gearbox components. It is suitable for mixing dry-hard, plastic, lightweight aggregate concrete as well as various types of mortar and grout. This mixer is widely used in medium to large precast component factories, as well as industrial and civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, water conservancy, and docks.
Working Principle
The JS1000 concrete mixer features mixing blades mounted on two shafts, forming a spatially staggered spiral ribbon structure. This design generates three-dimensional mixing effects along both radial and axial directions, enabling a comprehensive mixing action that includes pushing, kneading, and squeezing of materials. As a result, it achieves highly homogeneous mixing in a short time with low energy consumption. The machine is equipped with an automatic water supply system, a hydraulic discharging system, and a reliable electrical control system, allowing for both automatic and manual operation.
