Project Overview
HZS35 concrete batching plant is a standard model designed for small to medium-sized construction projects. It features a compact structure, convenient transportation, short installation period, and stable operation. The equipment has completed factory pre-assembly and test runs, and has been delivered to the construction site by land transport. It is now entering the formal installation and commissioning stage.

Installation Preparation
1. Site Requirements
The ground must be level and compacted, with a proper drainage system.
Concrete foundations must be reserved according to the design drawings.
A three-phase 380V power supply and a reliable water source must be available on site.
2. Equipment Check and Acceptance
Check all equipment against the packing list to ensure completeness.
Inspect for any damage, deformation, or corrosion caused during transport.
Verify the integrity of major components such as the mixer, batching machine, control cabinet, and cables.
3. Equipment Unloading
Use a crane or forklift to unload the equipment as per the delivery list.
Check off items against the packing list and take photos for records.
Place components in installation order for easy access and assembly.
Installation Procedures
1. Foundation Construction
Construct foundations in accordance with the factory-provided drawings.
The concrete strength grade should not be less than C25, and curing should last no less than 7 days.
Anchor bolts must be precisely embedded to match base holes (tolerance ≤2 mm).
2. Mixer Installation
Install the JS750 mixer on the prepared foundation and secure with bolts.
Adjust the mixer to ensure it is level (tolerance within ±2 mm).
Connect the lifting track to the mixer interface.
3. Batching System Installation
Install the PLD1200 batching machine on its foundation and level it.
Complete the installation of bins, weighing hoppers, and belt conveyors.
Connect pneumatic valves to the air supply system.
4. Cement Silo and Screw Conveyor Installation
Position the cement silo with a crane and fix it on the foundation.
Install level indicators, arch breakers, and dust collectors.
Install the screw conveyor and connect it to the cement inlet of the mixer.
5. Control System Installation
Place the control cabinet inside the control room and connect all cables.
Install the operating platform and display screen.
Connect load cells, solenoid valves, and pneumatic systems.
6. Pipeline and Pneumatic System Connections
Lay pipelines for water and additives.
Install the air compressor, air tank, and pipelines.
Test functionality of cylinders, pneumatic butterfly valves, etc.
7. Electrical and Control Wiring
Connect all cables according to the electrical drawings.
Before connecting the main power, check insulation and grounding.
Ensure stable, waterproof connections between control cabinet and sensors.
Commissioning Process
1. Single Machine Testing
Perform no-load tests on the mixer, batching machine, belt conveyor, and screw conveyor.
Check motor rotation, smooth operation, and ensure no abnormal noise or vibrations.
2. Integrated System Testing
Simulate a full production process according to the control flow.
Verify weighing accuracy within acceptable ranges (e.g., cement ±2%, water ±1%).
Check correctness of control program settings, button sensitivity, and alarm system functionality.
Training and Handover
Conduct on-site training for customer operators, including operation procedures, routine maintenance, and safety standards.
Provide operation and maintenance manuals.
Sign the equipment handover document and proceed to trial production.
Precautions
All installation personnel must wear safety helmets.
Installation must be guided by professional technicians.
Apply grease to all rotating parts.
Stop the machine immediately if any abnormality occurs during operation.
Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from modifying electrical control parameters.
This installation and commissioning of the HZS35 stationary concrete batching plant will be carried out strictly in accordance with technical standards to ensure stable operation, high production efficiency, and safe, reliable performance—providing strong support for quality concrete supply to the construction project.
