Product Description
JS3000 concrete mixer is a twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixing machine, widely used in large-scale construction projects such as buildings, highways, bridges, water conservancy works, precast component factories, and commercial concrete production lines. With a discharge capacity of 3 cubic meters (3000 liters) per batch, it can operate independently as a main mixer or be combined with PLD series batching machines to form a large concrete batching plant.
Working Principle
The JS3000 concrete mixer adopts a twin horizontal shaft layout. The two mixing shafts are driven by synchronized gears, rotating multiple spiral blades to perform shearing, squeezing, and overturning actions on the materials inside the mixing drum. Scraper blades are installed inside the drum to effectively prevent material adhesion and accumulation, ensuring uniform mixing and complete discharge.

The JS3000 concrete mixer is a high-efficiency, durable, large-scale forced mixing equipment capable of producing 3.5–4.5 tons of concrete per batch, making it suitable for high-strength engineering applications. Featuring a twin horizontal shaft design and powered by two 55kW motors, it ensures fast and uniform mixing. The mixer can handle various types of concrete, including dry-hard and high-viscosity mixes, with aggregate sizes up to ≤80mm. A hydraulic discharge system enables rapid unloading, with a discharge height of ≥3.8 meters to facilitate compatible transportation. Optional automation and environmental modules are available to meet the stringent demands of large batching plants and infrastructure projects.
