Aggregate Pre-batching: 4 to 6 types of aggregates are conveyed to the PLD4800 batching machine via belt conveyors, with weighing accuracy of ±2%.

Powder Pneumatic Feeding: Cement and mineral powder are delivered into silos using a screw and pneumatic conveying system, featuring anti-clogging design.

Precise Liquid Dosing: Water and additives are controlled by high-precision flow meters, with an error margin of ≤0.5%.

Powerful Mixing: The JS3000 twin-shaft mixer (with a 3000L capacity) completes high-efficiency mixing within 45 seconds.

Intelligent Discharging: A hydraulic gate system with anti-segregation devices enables continuous and stable discharging.

Weighing System: Features high-precision sensors and intelligent dynamic metering technology for independent and accurate measurement of aggregates, powders, water, and additives. Aggregate weighing accuracy is within ±2%, and powder, water, and additive accuracy is within ±1%, strictly ensuring the precision of the concrete mix ratio.
