JS2000 concrete mixer is a twin-shaft compulsory mixing device with a discharge capacity of 2 cubic meters per batch, also known as a 2m³ concrete mixer or two-cubic-meter mixer. It is commonly used as the main mixer in HZS120 concrete batching plants, but can also operate as a single machine.
This model is widely applied in medium to large precast concrete plants, as well as in industrial and civil construction projects such as highways, bridges, water conservancy, and ports. It is capable of mixing dry-hard concrete, plastic concrete, flowable concrete, and various types of mortar.
With a compact structure and stable performance, the JS2000 mixer is regarded as one of the essential pieces of equipment in modern concrete production.
Working Principle
The JS2000 concrete mixer consists of five main systems: mixing system, transmission system, feeding system, discharging system, and electrical control system.
During operation, the motor drives the two mixing shafts to rotate at high speed through the reducer. Cement, aggregates, water, and additives are fed into the mixing drum according to the preset ratios. Inside the drum, the mixing blades perform shearing, lifting, squeezing, and convective movements, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of all materials.
After mixing is completed, the concrete is discharged smoothly through a hydraulically controlled discharge gate.
