Recently, the containerized HZS180 concrete batching plant, independently designed and manufactured by our company, has successfully completed installation, system commissioning, and a comprehensive test run at the factory. All performance indicators met or exceeded design expectations, marking the transition into the shipment preparation phase.
This equipment is custom-built for a large-scale infrastructure project overseas. The client set high standards for transportation convenience, quick installation, automation, and production efficiency. To meet these demands, our engineering team adopted a modular container-based structure, integrating the mixing tower, control room, aggregate batching system, and cement system into standard container units. This design not only supports rapid deployment but also enhances system stability and ease of maintenance.
The test run simulated the full working cycle—including automatic control, weighing, conveying, mixing, and discharging. During the process, the twin-shaft mixer operated steadily, discharged high-quality concrete with uniform consistency, and maintained excellent weighing accuracy. The control system proved user-friendly and responsive, enabling smooth coordination across all components. The client’s technical representatives were on-site throughout the testing process and expressed high satisfaction with the equipment's performance.
Before delivery, the plant will undergo final inspection and cleaning to ensure optimal condition. Our company will also dispatch experienced technical engineers to the project site to assist with installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring successful commissioning and efficient operation.
TuoJin Machinery remains committed to the principle of “Quality First, Service Foremost,” and continues to enhance product competitiveness and client satisfaction. This successful trial once again demonstrates our expertise in custom manufacturing and exporting high-capacity concrete batching solutions.
