HZS50 stationary concrete batching plant made in china features high efficiency and stable performance. Equipped with a frost-proof and thermal insulation system, it is ideal for continuous operation in low-temperature environments. The equipment has recently completed production and commissioning and has been shipped to the client's project site in Russia via land transportation.

2. Special Configuration (for Cold Regions)
Insulated Housing for Mixing Tower: The main structure adopts rock wool sandwich panel steel sheets to ensure wind resistance and heat retention, keeping the equipment operating temperature stable.
Electric Heating System for Water Pipes: Prevents freezing of water and additives during transportation and weighing.
Mixer Drum Electric Heating System: Ensures even mixing of concrete in low temperatures without clumping.
Covered and Shielded Aggregate Bins: Reduces the impact of wind and snow on aggregate weighing accuracy.
Working Principle
Customized HZS50 stationary concrete batching plant adopts a modular design and consists of a batching system, conveying system, mixing system, weighing system, control system, and insulation system. Materials are loaded into the batching machine by a loader, then weighed electronically and sequentially conveyed to the mixer for blending. After mixing, the concrete is discharged into a transport truck via the discharge outlet.
Transportation and Loading Plan
1. Transportation Method
Route: Zhengzhou, China – Manzhouli Port – Project site in inland Russia
Mode: Full truckload land transportation to reduce transfer times and improve transportation safety and efficiency.
2. Loading Plan
All equipment adopts modular design for easy disassembly and loading.
The control cabinet, main mixer, batching machine, air tank, etc., are securely fastened on flatbed trucks, with key components reinforced and packed.
All insulation components and electric heating systems are moisture-proof packed and clearly labeled for easy identification and installation on-site.
Installation and Commissioning Instructions
1. Installation Process
Complete foundation construction according to the foundation drawings
Hoist the mixer, batching machine, and cement silo
Connect all electrical and pneumatic circuits
Install the insulated steel structure house and pipe heating system
Check system connectivity and electric control logic
2. Commissioning Key Points
Start the air compressor system and check pneumatic component response
Manually test the weighing and conveying systems
Simulate production and verify weighing accuracy
Run the insulation and heating systems to ensure stable operating temperature
Usage Precautions
In cold weather, preheat and start the heating and insulation systems in advance
Regularly check the insulation layers to prevent damage or air leakage
Avoid dragging or placing heavy loads on heating cables
Regularly clean residual concrete from the mixer and conveying equipment
