Test Run and Production Process

1. Installation Stage

As China stabilized soil mixing plant factory, the equipment arrived at the project site just a few days after shipment. Under the guidance of our technical staff, the client's construction team completed the rapid assembly and connection, with the entire installation and commissioning process taking less than 48 hours.

2. No-Load Testing

After connecting power, water, and air supplies, a no-load test run was conducted. Operational status, motor rotation, control logic, and signal communication were all checked and confirmed normal.

3. Load Testing and Trial Production

Raw materials were continuously fed for trial production testing. The main test results included:

Output Test: Average measured output reached approximately 520 tons/hour.

Proportioning Accuracy Test: Multiple tests showed deviation < ±1.5%.

Mixing Uniformity Test: Finished materials had consistent moisture content, suitable for direct paving and compaction.
